ABSORBENCY - HOW MUCH CAN THEY HANDLE?

• Four absorbent layers in a discreet gusset take in as much as 15ml (2-3 tampons)
• Wear them in place of pads or tampons, or together with them, for dry, leak-free cover through periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweaty workouts

SIZE MATTERS

• The Susie fits true to size for most people - if you are unsure, go down a size.

CARING FOR YOUR SUSIES

• Machine wash at 30°C or 40°C and leave out the fabric softener
• Skip the tumble dryer and let them dry naturally on a line or airer
• Heads-up: they take a little longer to dry because the gusset is built from several layers
